Today I twisted up a few nappy roots in the front of my head, took a 2 hour power nap and then went to get my eyebrows waxed. It’s funny how something simple like that can make me feel like a brand new woman....

Putting on my favorite night accesories, like my satin robe and night gown, head scarf, and laying over my soft and cozy bed relaxing with a glass of white zinfadel..=)

I'm going to agree with PCD...a facial and body massage does it for me. Especially if I also add in a body scrub...makes you feel silky smooth.

@Sistahs PCD & Diva-A massage sure does sound good right about now! I'm too scared to do the facial thing. My skin is super sensitive and I'll mess round & have a facial outbreak!

tell me about it! I have kinky twists in and got them done again around the perimeter (while the middle is naaaapy) and that changed my whole look...made me look mo polished, up on my game :) gotta love it
Take a long shower, go to my favorite spa and get the two hr mani pedi treatment, I always feel like I'm walking on air!
Or just block out the world and cuddle with the Mr!

A long hot shower afert all the children have gone to bed and no one is calling me. I can really enjoy all my sponges and soaps and gels without rushing.

I feel empowered after I work out. Knowing that I have taken the time to do something for me. Makes me feel Great! Also, a nice hot shower with B&B Warm Vanilla Sugar shower gel and follow up with the lotion. The smell is so comforting. It makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Lastly, Lipgloss. Never underestimate the power of liquid shine. Instant face lift. (smile)
