I DECLARE FITNESS

I’m putting this on front street and I hope and pray that whoever reads this will hold a sistah accountable. I am the biggest I have ever been in my life and enough is enough. I declare that emotional eating STOPS tonight. I declare that working out BEGINS today. I declare that building my temple with the strength of the Lord is a priority right NOW! In the name of Jesus I pray for discipline, strength, and will power to see these declarations through until the day I cease to live. AMEN!

Oh I am so with you. I am at my heaviest and I am letting it drive me crazy. I am on a plan but I am still not acting right with it. I need to get my mind right around this and I can't seem to focus. Keep me posted on your progress and I will keep you posted on mine!

Go girl!

This was yesterday, have you noticed any weightloss yet?

I'm kidding...lol!

Isnt it weird how fast and easy you can put on weight and agonizing how hard and long it takes to get it off??

But...hang in there. Slow steady wins the race.

Hope your first day was successful.

@Opinionated Diva-lol...it was successful...I made it the gym yesterday and I'm looking forward to getting back tomorrow...I plan on walking while I'm at work today...you're right slow and steady does win the race in time!

So you'se a biggin, huh? Well chile, truth is - some folks likes them a little something to shade 'em up in the summer and warm 'em up in the winta. I hopes it all works out for you baby.

With Love,
Mrs. Mabel

This morning was the first time I woke up at 5am when my alarm went off in quite a while. I had been turning it off and sleeping till 6:30, but this time I got up and did my blog post. Hopefully, tomorrow I will jump up and head to the gym. I don't like getting up early, but trying to fit the gym in anywhere else is simply not working.

I'll check on you from time to time.

You've already declared fitness!!! Your tomorrow will be far better, far healthier than your yesterday!
Congratulations on your new goal and I'm so with you.

I promise to stop in and ask about your progress.

I've actually made that one of my goals for May and beyond, so I am totally understanding where you are coming from. Stay focused and I know you can get to where you want to be physically, especially with God having your back.

work it out! you'll get burnt out if you try to do everything at once and overwhelm yourself. like diva said slow and steady. make a commitment you know you can tackle so you can make it a life change. YOU CAN DO IT!!

I say good for you shorty. Change is good and nothings better then wanting to better your self...I look forward to reading about your journey. An dont start dieting, just eat in moderation and get a good excercise routine going and you already have the will power, now its all in the doing.

Much Luv X

Ok... I promise you, if you don't concentrate on losing the weight and instead focus on making extremely healthy choices about what you eat... A lifestyle change pertaining to what you put in your temple, weight will not be an issue! To many people focus on weight and when they don't see immediate results they get discouraged... It's not about dieting, it's about eating wholistically! If you would like to know how I got to running 4 miles a day and shedding 32 lbs. and losing 7 inches from my waistline in 5 months. email me and I'll give you my number and share the secret! my email is media2live4@mac.com

But you must promise, not to focus on the weight... Trust me, it's easy! Really easy!

Oh gosh, I sooo need to be making a similar declaration. I, too, and the biggest I have ever been. I'm being billed monthly for a gym membership I haven't used in over a month.

You can do it!
